Steve is an excellent host. ALL of his properties are extremely well maintained. He really loves what he does and cares about his guests experience. He is a very reasonable host and incredibly accommodating. The property and home could not have been cleaner, thanks to his caretaker Candy. She was a delight. Steve's Unlce Mario is also a wonderful guy. He offered to pick us up and gave us several rides during our stay.

My cousin and I stayed at Steve’s placed and really enjoyed how it felt like home. All of our basic necessities were covered and the laundry room was a plus. Steve was pleasant and even offered tp pick us up from the airport even though we landed in the early morning. He even gave us a brief tour, food and hangout suggestions and connected us to his uncle who presented us with the same hospitality and accommodated us for a visit to El Yunque.

Steve was helpful and warm. He took the effort to reach out before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was ok. The apartment is small but cozy. He also offers free laundry service, which was nice. If you plan to stay here, I would suggest renting a car. It takes a while to get anywhere on public transportation from this apartment.. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Steve was very helpful, very respectful, very attentive and most of all he was such a pleasure to rent from! I rented woth a girlfriend of mine, being young and unaccompanied by family or a man we were a little nervous specially because it was our first trip alone. But steve was so understanding and even told us to give his info to our family just in case they had questions or concerns thank you so much!
